Illustration by Tasha Tudor from A Child's Garden of Verses |
I love Tasha Tudor's illustrations. This one seemed very fitting for the season and the accompanying poem.

I don't know if we are going to have a very colorful autumn. The leaves are already falling, we will have to savor what we get!
Geese in the pond is always a sure sign fall is here.
I love Tasha Tudor. Her work is so amazing and I love the story of her life as well.
ReplyDeleteWe have lots of color in Northwest Wisconsin. You might have to take a drive to visit us. :-)
I adore Tasha and have several of her books...mostly about her and her farm. Her illustrations are so precious. Fall just arrived here last night in a big storm and it is lovely and cool now but no falling leaves or changing colors of yet but I think it will happen fast now. Even the hummers are still here. I have to go check out your crafting blog...I never saw it before....Yay for crafting!
ReplyDeleteYour photos are very pretty of your house and your town.
