Second installment of Grandma's aprons. This one she was making in college, 1948! She wasn't much of a sewer, so it was never finished. But it is still charming.
I hadn't really thought of finishing it.....until you mentioned it. Maybe I will, not sure if I could figure out what else needs to be embroidered. I will definatly post if I do!!
This is adorable! I love your blog and am looking forward to following you! Sweet apron. Makes me think of my grandmother. She's the beautiful lady in my blog photo. I inherited some of her aprons when she passed away ten years ago. Grandma actually put an apron on every morning! I don't think most ladies do that now. Very charming isn't it?
Oh how special! Love the photo of your Grandmother. I don't know if you read about my Great-Grandmother on my website, but that is how my interest in aprons started too.
